Parking…

We know that parking is an issue…  I tried asking the owner of Reliable Dental Supply, who also owns that strip of units, and who we “share” dumpster service with if we could at least move the dumpster to the empty pad next to the dumpster which would open up another space for us to park along the east side of our building.  His answer was to move his trash right up to the property line to try to keep us from accessing the two spaces that we have been using there and then to move his SUV to try to block my car and Charles’ SUV in where we were parked in the lot.  Luckily no one was parked behind either of us, so we just backed our cars up, but that meant two less spaces for our members…  He informed me that he would bring cars up and park them all along the property line, then said that I was confrontational, rude and arrogant.  I’d been warned about him by the other tenants on our side, but was still shocked.  In any case, we all need to be SUPER careful about staying on “our” side of the lot because I truly don’t know what he is capable of.  I did take more pics of our side of the lot which I will forward to our property manager in the hopes that some of those “permanent” cars can possibly be removed, but in the meantime, you SHOULD be able to park in any empty space on our side, as long as you don’t block any overhead door.  I am truly sorry – I was told that the parking wouldn’t be this big of a problem, but it really is.  If you aren’t sure where to park, please don’t hesitate to ask us and we will help you.  We have a couple of other ideas, but please bear with us & again – be careful!
